How can i change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Elvaraddo Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
How do I activate my account?

The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at info@elvaraddo.com

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If you unfortunately receive a faulty item, please send it back to us within 30 days with a description of the fault, and we will process a full refund including the original delivery charge. Faulty items will be checked on receipt and validated.

How will you deliver my order?

Your order will be delivered to you through a Registered Courier Service at the address you have mentioned as ship to address in your order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 1 to 3 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy holiday season or our mega sales events.

Are the products originals?

Yes, all products on Elvaraddo are originals. We only sell genuine merchandise.

Do you allow exchanges ?

It can only be exchanged if our product is defected.
